What Career Studio is

Career Studio is your personal career workspace, led by an AI coach. It turns what you share about your background and ambitions into a clear target role, a data-backed view of the path to get there, and a step-by-step plan.

Building your career plan

1. Pick a coach to lead the goal. We highlight a recommended coach based on what you've told us — you can choose anyone.
2. Do the interview & intake. Share your situation, upload your CV and add your public LinkedIn URL so your coach understands where you are today.
3. Set your target role & North Star. Explore the career-path flow (your current role → likely destinations, refreshed weekly), pick the role you're aiming for and add a North Star statement.
4. Build the plan. Your coach proposes milestones for the goal, which open as an action plan in Planning Studio.

What you get

• Learning Path — "Next steps from your coach", prioritised by impact on closing the gap to your target role, with recommended learning resources.
• KPIs — how your salary compares to peers and the data quality behind your next-role options.
• Weekly check-ins — drop a quick check-in each Monday from the dashboard banner to stay on track.

Goals & limits

The number of active career goals depends on your subscription plan; when you reach the limit you'll be prompted to upgrade (Ultra unlocks unlimited goals). Deleting a goal is permanent — you'd start a new one rather than re-activate it.
